explore dance #6 festival for young audience | 6 – 10 May 2025 in Munich

Fokus Tanz München presents explore dance Festival #6 and invites children, young people, families, school classes and teachers to experience contemporary dance in all its diversity.

The festival is aimed at all ages from 3 years old and takes place in the HochX theatre, in schools and in the city library in Motorama. In addition to current explore dance productions, the company Second Hand Dance (UK) will be a guest with The Sticky Dance.

The panel discussion on ‘Spaces for all: accessibility as the key to cultural participation’ will shed light on artistic, academic and cultural policy perspectives. The varied supporting programme also includes a specialist day for teachers and discourse offerings.
